A Simply Greer Travel Retreat
Four days for the woman everyone else depends on. Curated by Greer.
Be the first to know when seats open.
WHO IT'S FOR
Quietly chosen. Beautifully still.
An intimate circle of like‑minded women.
Stillpoint is a return — to stillness, to beauty, and to yourself. A private retreat for women who give endlessly and pause rarely: the founder, the mother, the woman beginning a new chapter. Here, among a small and carefully chosen circle of like-minded women, the noise falls away. For once, you are the one being cared for. What remains is rest — deep and unhurried — and the quiet luxury of being understood.
The Founder
who put the business first
The Mother
who gives without pause
The New Chapter
who is beginning again
Intentionally small · By invitation · Completely private.
The Shape
Every day is planned. None of it is required.
Thursday to Monday. Four nights. Ten to fourteen women.
Before you come, we'll talk about what you want more of and what you want none of. Your days get built from that.
Then you take what you want and leave the rest, without explaining yourself to anyone.
Four nights because it takes two days to properly come down. This is not a long weekend.
Bespoke
Tailored to you, down to the detail.
Before you ever arrive, we ask — really ask. What you love to eat, and what you'd rather not. Whether you're a night owl or wake with the sun. Whether you sleep light, run cold, or can't begin a day without your particular coffee. Even the shampoo in your shower. By the time you walk through the door, everything that makes you feel at ease is already here.
We understand life doesn't simply stop. Should you need a quiet few hours to work, that's perfectly fine — we'll help you shape your days so the retreat fits your life, not the other way around.
The answer is yes. What is the question?

Spring Stillpoint
Hudson Valley, New York · May 13–17, 2027
In partnership with Lundy 1920.
A private farm estate an easy drive north of the city — meadows, a pond, two old houses and nobody else on the land but us.
Close enough to drive. No airport, no connections, no arriving already tired.

The Estate
Sixty-two private acres of meadow, pond and woodland in the Hudson Valley, booked exclusively — no other guests, no passing traffic.
The Houses
Two houses on one property. The Lundy House, with its stone fireplace lounge, sunroom and long harvest table. The Carriage House, quieter still, a short walk across the grass.
The Rooms
Thirteen bedrooms between them, so everyone has a door to close. A private treatment room on the property for bodywork.
The Table
A chef's kitchen and one long table. Farm-driven meals, most of it grown or raised within a short drive.
The Wellness Studio
A dedicated space for instructor-led yoga retreats, breathwork weekends, sound baths, and healer-led immersions — or simply a quiet room to be still.
Gatherings & Offsites
Full meeting and breakout spaces on-site for companies, founder circles, and executive groups gathering their women for strategy, community, and reset.
Thursday
Arrive in the late afternoon. Rooms already open, bags carried up, something warm in your hands. A long supper at the harvest table and an early night.
Friday
Slow morning on the terrace. Gentle movement in the meadow before the day gets loud. The afternoon is unstructured — the pond, the hammocks, the fireplace, a treatment if you'd like one. Supper, then the fire.
Saturday
By now you've come down. A walk through the orchards and the wood line in the morning. Bread and a long lunch. Bodywork or nothing at all through the afternoon. Dinner outdoors, weather permitting, and no plans after it.
Sunday
The quietest day. Breath and stillness early. An hour or two in the Hudson Valley if the group wants it — a farm stand, a small town — otherwise stay put. A last dinner, slowly.
Monday
Breakfast, unhurried. Coffee on the lawn. Leave when you're ready.
Nothing to arrange. Nothing to ask for.
Where we go after this is chosen with the women who've been.

Your Host
Greer Fredericks
The care behind Stillpoint.
I have spent my life in the art of looking after people. Through Greer Southern Table and my restaurants before it — and across years crafting seamless, behind-the-scenes moments for performers, celebrities, and people the world would recognize — I learned that true luxury isn't what you can see. It's everything quietly handled before you ever have to ask.
Mine has been a wide life. I've made my home on both coasts and in Tokyo, traveled through Asia and Europe, and found my way back, again and again, to what I love most: the grace of Southern hospitality — the way it makes a person feel known, cared for, and completely at ease.
Stillpoint is where that gift turns inward. We created it for women like the ones I've spent my career caring for — the ones who hold everything together for everyone else. Alongside a small, trusted team of wellness experts, I tend to every detail, so that for a few rare days, you are the one being cared for.
This is what I do best — and it would be my privilege to do it for you.
— Greer
